Please read these policies carefully before making a purchase or booking. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Summary: By using this site and purchasing any service, you agree to these terms. All sales are final except where stated in the Refund Policy. BilliTheEngineer provides professional audio engineering services and digital products.
bookwithbilli.site is operated by BilliTheEngineer, a sole trader providing professional audio mixing, mastering, and engineering consultation services in Nigeria. All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
- Studio session bookings (in-person, requires ₦2,000 deposit)
- Online project submission (mixing, mastering, revision)
- One-on-one audio engineering consultations (30 min, 1 hr, 2 hrs)
- Digital sample packs and mastering presets (instant download)
- Video courses on mixing and mastering (lifetime access)
All payments are processed securely by Paystack. By completing a payment, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira and include any applicable fees.
Your Paystack payment reference is proof of purchase and is required for any refund requests or download re-access. Keep it safe.
Sample packs, presets, and course content are digital products delivered electronically. Once downloaded or accessed, digital products cannot be returned. All sales of digital products are final.
Course content is for personal use only. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any purchased course content. Violation may result in access being revoked without refund.
The ₦2,000 booking deposit secures your studio session slot and is deducted from your total session fee. It is not an additional charge. The deposit is non-refundable if you fail to show up or cancel within the cancellation window (see Refund Policy).
Sessions are 1 hour 30 minutes. Arriving late does not extend your session time. Come fully prepared with your stems, beats, and a rehearsed performance.
Online project submissions are subject to review. BilliTheEngineer reserves the right to decline any project that does not meet minimum quality standards or falls outside current service scope. You will be notified and a full refund issued if declined.
Delivery timelines (3–5 business days) are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and current workload.
All mixing, mastering, and engineering work produced by BilliTheEngineer remains the intellectual property of the client once full payment is received. BilliTheEngineer retains the right to reference completed work for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
All sample packs, presets, and course materials sold on this site are the intellectual property of BilliTheEngineer and are licensed for personal use only.
BilliTheEngineer's total liability for any claim arising from use of this site or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of earnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunities.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

⚠ All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in the specific circumstances listed below. By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read and understood this policy.
If you cancel within 10 minutes of completing your booking payment, you are entitled to a full refund. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference. Cancellations requested after this window are non-refundable.
You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before your scheduled session time at no charge. Contact us with your booking reference to reschedule. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not rescheduled in advance, the payment is forfeited. No refund will be issued.
In the rare event that we need to cancel your session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. We will notify you as soon as possible.
The ₦2,000 studio session deposit is non-refundable except where the session is cancelled by BilliTheEngineer. The deposit is deducted from your final session fee — it is not an extra charge.
If you need to reschedule a studio session, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will carry your deposit over to the new date. Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Online projects (mixing, mastering, revisions) do not require upfront payment — you receive a quote first. If work has already commenced on your project, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
If your submitted files are unusable or the project is declined before work begins, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds on sample packs, presets, or any downloadable product once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us and we will assist you in accessing your purchase.
Course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted and any lesson has been viewed. If you have not accessed any content, contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a refund consideration.

BilliTheEngineer ("we", "us", "our") operates bookwithbilli.site. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
- Name, email address, phone number (when booking or purchasing)
- Payment reference (processed by Paystack — we do not store card details)
- Project files and notes submitted for online services
- Topics and notes submitted for consultations
- Basic analytics via Google Analytics (page views, session duration)
- No cookies beyond what Google Analytics requires
- To process and fulfil your booking, purchase, or project submission
- To send you confirmation emails and session reminders
- To provide access to purchased digital products and courses
- To respond to your enquiries
- To improve our services (anonymised analytics only)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Paystack — payment processing. Your card data goes directly to Paystack and is never seen or stored by us.
- Supabase — secure database hosting (EU/US servers). Your booking and purchase data is stored here.
- Resend — transactional email delivery for confirmations and reminders.
- Google Analytics — anonymous site usage analytics.
- YouTube — course video hosting (for purchased courses only). Videos are unlisted.
We retain your booking and purchase records for a minimum of 2 years for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. Uploaded project files are stored temporarily and deleted after 90 days unless otherwise agreed.
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Row Level Security on our database, and secure payment processing via Paystack. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
